Just a few notes on GM038

1) Lovell telecope at Jodrell Bank (JODRELL1) will be following a
different schedule since it cannot p-ref on the 6 minute cycle time the
others will be using. The alternate files for this are labelled
gm038jodrell.*

2) Single dishes at the VLA and WSRT for field of view.
