COVER LETTER:


This is a project to observe 16 BL Lac objects.

Some of the targets are observed together with phase reference sources.

At Westerbork, we request to leave RTC and RTD out of the tied array to
increase the beam size, as one or two source positions may be in error
by more than an arcsecond.

We also request to obtain the simultaneous local interferometer data from
Westerbork.

Hart participates for the first 24 h only (out of 48 total).
