This README file is for the experiment ER16B, which is
in 2 parts ER16B1 and ER16B2. The second part starts
as soon as the first is finished. This experiment
is partly at 18cm and partly 21cm, so stations must 
take special care. In most cases only about 5 minutes 
is available to change frequency, including drive
time to new source.
Ef : LO switching takes place, please insert 
  IF level command when this happens
Jb1, On, Tr, Cm, Wb , Mc:
  Please insert SNAP commands to switch first LO to
  values required and adjust IF level. 
Wb: please also insert phasing commands on LO change..
Ur: Single LO (1300) MHz used all through . Video
  converters 1-4 are used for 21cm, 5-8 for 18cm.
  Please patch VC 1-4 on low IF, 5-8 on high IF.
