This is the schedule for the 18cm NME and ftp fringe-test on 05 November 2009
involving 10 antennas: Cm Ef Wb Jb1 On Mc Nt Tr Ur Sh.
The NME uses a standard setup and consists of long integrations on strong sources
J1800+3848 and 2007+777 - the fringe finders - and a phase-referencing part with
target J2254+1341 and a phase-reference source 3C454.3 (also a fringe-finder).

Four ftp tests are scheduled:
~12:35 UT (scan 4, 8 sec, J1800+3848)
~13:37 UT (scan 10, 8 sec, 2007+777)
~15:20 UT (scan 34, 4 sec, 3C454.3)
~16:24 UT (scan 52, 4 sec, 3C454.3)

The solar corona can cause unstable phases for sources too close to the Sun.
SCHED provides warnings at individual scans for distances less than 10 degrees.
The distance from the Sun to each source in this schedule is:
    Source Sun distance (deg)
   J1800+3848 71.5
   2007+777 103.5

Barry Clark estimates from predictions by Ketan Desai of IPM scattering sizes
that the Sun will cause amplitude reductions on the longest VLBA baselines
at a solar distance of 60deg F^(-0.6) where F is in GHz.
For common VLBI bands, this is:
       327 MHz 117. deg
       610 MHz 81. deg
