L-Band: NOISE-DIODE problem (at least for n09l3 and ec029a-b).

n09l3: We had problems with the noisediode in n09l3!!! VERY BAD!
       Used another rxg-files to create the ANTAB-file.

ec029b: used the rxg-file from 2009 11 25, thus the one with
the "standard" Tcal-values. Deleted  A LOT OF tpical-tpiprime data.
In particular, between 6-11 UTC.
I included ec029bon-bad-all-data.antabfs.ps which shows 
the result if I did not flag that data. Note
that these data is "good" data according to the script.
Really need to see the result from the pipeline to be able 
to make any "improvments".
