COVER LETTER:


This is the schedule for the 5cm NME and ftp fringe-test on 21 October 2015
involving 15 antennas: Eb Wb1 Jb2 Mc On8 Nt Sh Ur Tr Ys Sv Zc Bd Hh Ir.
The NME uses a standard setup with 512 Mbps.

The schedule consists of:
- long integrations on strong calibrators like 3C286 and 1848+283    for ftp-fringe tests;

Six ftp-fringe tests are scheduled throughout the experiment:
12:09:58 (scan 02, 2 sec, 1848+283)
12:28:58 (scan 05, 2 sec, 3C286 - no Sh and Bd)
13:28:58 (scan 11, 2 sec, 1848+283)
13:43:58 (scan 13, 2 sec, 3C286 - no Sh, Ur, Bd, and Hh)
14:30:58 (scan 18, 2 sec, 1848+283)
14:46:58 (scan 20, 2 sec, 3C286 - no Sh, Ur, Bd, and Hh)

EFFECT OF SOLAR CORONA

  The solar corona can cause unstable phases for sources too close to the Sun.
  SCHED provides warnings at individual scans for distances less than 10 degrees.
  The distance from the Sun to each source in this schedule is:

  Barry Clark estimates from predictions by Ketan Desai of IPM scattering sizes 
  that the Sun will cause amplitude reductions on the  longest VLBA baselines
