gb038a is mostly at x-band with a few passes (22min each) at s-band.
For the EVN stations I had to generate the appropriate sections 
for s-band in freqmod.dat. I did that by analogy to the x-band sections
and by taking the LO frequencies etc. from the s/x sections.

gb038a is for RCP and LCP. For stations with RCP capability only
I had to fake the LCP channel.

For stations with only half the number of BBCs, Noto for example,
I had to manipulate the channel designation.

Westerbork is down after 3 hours or so already according to SCHED. 
I am not sure whether that is really correct. That is why I
left Westerbork in the schedule to the end of the nominal observations,
just in case.
