== L-band == In general. Bad weather. A lot of RFI. Seems to be more than usual this session. ONOFF data can be seen in the 4 cl08l1-*.ps files. ======================================================================================= N08L1: RFI. Otherwise it looks more or less OK. ======================================================================================= EG037C: A LOT of RFI, in particular in VC02. Not related to the problem reading the VC02 zero-level. Quite windy. Some rain. ======================================================================================= EP061A: A LOT of RFI. ======================================================================================= EP061B: A LOT of RFI. Windy, rain last hour. ======================================================================================= EB037A: Lost time due to wind. Rain. ======================================================================================= EL034B: A LOT of RFI. Lost time due to wind. Rain. Schedule re-restarted around 15 UTC caused problems. ======================================================================================= ES058: RFI. Late start due to wind (06.20 UTC). Polar motor problem around 09.50 UTC (lost tracking, not sure for how long). Some rain. ======================================================================================= EA036B: Lost time due to wind. ======================================================================================= GV019A: Not so much RFI. == 22 GHz == We measured a value of 1.2 K (in TA*) for DR21 at 22 GHz. ONOFF gives a value of 16.6 Jy for DR21. Thus the DPFU is 1.2/16.6 = 0.072 K/Jy. This is the value in the *rxg-file. We could have had problems with the RCP-channel. I'm not sure why we had so unstable values in EM059C in particular. Note that the Tsys values ARE corrected for opacity by the chopper wheel calibration method. ======================================================================================= N08K1: Partly bad weather snow/wet radom. This can be seen in the Tsys data at around 13 UTC. ======================================================================================= EM059C: Could have been nice with more frequent Tsys in the schedule! Unstable(??) RCP, see above. ======================================================================================= BAH09: Very very bad weather! A factor of 7-8 higer Tsysi than previous experiment. ======================================================================================= EB037B: Weather improved at the end. Unstable RCP-channel, see above. ======================================================================================= == S/X-band == Used a different rxg-file for gc025. No S-band dish during that experiment. ONOFF data can be seen in the 8 cl08sx1-*.ps files. ======================================================================================= N08SX1: OK ======================================================================================= GC030: antabfs.pl can only handle 8000 points. Many points commented. Rain. ======================================================================================= GC025B: Bad weather rain. Several bad tsys-measurments. Eg. between 02:50 - 03:50 UTC. And around 23 UTC == C-band == Difficult to get a good (consistent) calibration. Data taken during several days. However, varying weather conditions gave very different Tcal-ratio. Got new data on March 27-28. Good weather but colder than during the session. ONOFF data can be seen in the 4 tl08c4-el35*.ps files. ======================================================================================= N08C1: RCP "noisy"? ======================================================================================= EG037D: Bad weather rain! ======================================================================================= EP061C: Bad weather rain! To few Tsys-measurments in schedule. Terrible calibration -but not much to do about it!! ======================================================================================= EP061D: Bad weather, heavy rain! Windy! Terrible calibration -but not much to do about it!! To few Tsys-measurments in schedule. ======================================================================================= EC026: Terrible weather, only first hours looks reasonable. Add more Tsys in schedule. ======================================================================================= GV019B: Slightly high Tsys first hours. Otherwise quite OK. ======================================================================================= GP046B: Rather OK. ======================================================================================= ==5 cm== Difficult to get a good (consistent) calibration also at 5cm. Data taken during several days. However, varying weather conditions gave very different Tcal-ratio. Got new data on March 27-28. Good weather but colder than during the session. Higher Tsys in LCP than normal. Could not fix/check receiver until after session. ONOFF data can be seen in the 4 tl08m1on-*.ps files. ======================================================================================= N08M1: Bad weather rain. ======================================================================================= EM069C: Much higher Tsys in LCP. ======================================================================================= EM058B: Rain. Much higher Tsys in LCP than normal. Some bad Tsys around 17 UTC tha perhaps could be removed. ======================================================================================= EM069B: Much higher Tsys in LCP than normal. ======================================================================================= GB063B: Much higher Tsys in LCP than normal. Could only observe until 02.50. ======================================================================================= EM069C: Much higher Tsys in LCP. =======================================================================================
