General strategy: Alternate between target MG0414 and "phase-ref"
J0422+0219 with a ~10-15 min cycle. This is no full phase-referencing.
Once an hour observe one of the bright fringe-finders/calibrators
3C84, 0528+134, DA193.
Scans are split into two with a gap between them.
Gaps are 20sec. According to SCHED, Hh does not reach the source within
20sec, but since there are no slews at the gaps, this is not a problem. The
SCHED warning about TSYS measurements not being on source for Hh can be
ignored.

We do not use gaps at the _beginning_ of scans in order to avoid having to
wait for the slowest station before TSYS can be measured.
(Once we only use VLBA, we keep some gaps for disk changes, now at the
beginning of scans. They partly overlap with slewing times.)



Special strategy for the 2.5h with Arecibo:
Start with 0234+285 as fringe-finder. Then alternate between MG0414 and
alternative phase-ref J0409+0640 (closer to target but weaker).
At the end (when MG0414 is not accessible from Arecibo anymore), go to
0528+134.


For Effelsberg there are >=8min recording gaps that should be used for
pointing checks:

22 47 20  -  22 55 20    before MG0414
01 47 20  -  01 55 20    before MG0414
03 47 20  -  03 55 20    before MG0414
07 25 20  -  07 49 00    before 0528+134  (implicit autodown gap)
