COVER LETTER:


This is the schedule for the 3.6cm NME and ftp fringe-test on 20 October, 2023.
involving the following antennas:
Wb, Ef, Mc, On60, T6, Ur, Tr, Hh, Ir, Wz; with Ud & Ms in the first 3 scans.

The NME uses a standard setup with 4096 Mbps.

The schedule consists of long integrations on calibrators 0003-066,
0202+319 for FTP fringe tests. We will use 0204+316 for phase referencing.

The following ftp-fringe tests are scheduled throughout the experiment (UT times):

EFFECT OF SOLAR CORONA

  The solar corona can cause unstable phases for sources too close to the Sun.
  SCHED provides warnings at individual scans for distances less than 10 degrees.
  The distance from the Sun to each source in this schedule is:

  Barry Clark estimates from predictions by Ketan Desai of IPM scattering sizes
